Delays in delivering exports
We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We ran into issues during the restore and are facing another delay in delivering the export files. We will notify you once they have been created
We've fixed the core issue, and are now waiting for the processes to complete the creation of the export files in an hour or two at most.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting a large number of customers that have not received their exports yet. We will keep you posted once we can estimate when your exports can be delivered.
